Our peptides are supplied as laboratory reagents for research by qualified buyers. None is approved as a drug, food, supplement or cosmetic in the form we supply it, and none is for human or veterinary use.

We don’t give advice about using peptides in people or animals, and product pages describe what each compound is and how it is studied, never what it does to a person.

Qualified in-vitro laboratory researchers aged 21 or older under our store policy. Provide your laboratory, role, independent verification reference and project purpose. We must verify eligibility before payment or fulfillment; a checkbox alone is insufficient.

No. We don’t provide dosing, administration or usage information for people or animals, and we don’t describe any product as treating or affecting a condition.

What we do publish is laboratory information: how to read a certificate, what the measurements mean and how to store and handle a peptide.

Every lot we sell has a certificate of analysis on file, showing HPLC purity and mass-spectrometry identity for that exact lot. It is linked on the product page before you buy.

The lot number printed on your vial opens the same record on our Verify page, so you can match the vial in your hand to its test results.

High-performance liquid chromatography separates a sample into its components. Purity is the main peak’s share of the total detected signal, usually measured by UV absorbance around 214–220 nm.

It measures the main component against peptide-related impurities; it isn’t net peptide content, which also accounts for water and counter-ions.

The lowest HPLC purity a lot can have and still be published: currently 99.0%. The store’s software checks every lot against it, so a lot below the minimum can’t be listed, and a product without a listed lot can’t be bought.

It is one of six checks a lot must pass before it is published. The other five: an observed average mass on record, that mass within ±1.0 Da of the average mass calculated from the sequence, a test date, a testing laboratory and the certificate file.

Each certificate names the laboratory that ran the analysis and the date of the test, and a lot can’t be published without both. You’ll find them on the certificate and on the lot’s record on Verify.

First compare the number you entered with the one on your vial: it is printed on the side of the label, in the box under “LOT”. If it still doesn’t verify, contact us with your order number. An item whose lot number doesn’t verify is replaced or refunded under our returns policy.

The available payment methods are listed at checkout. A research request first enters review, with no payment due. Payment instructions appear only after verification and approval. Sample requests cannot be paid or fulfilled.

Orders are packed once payment clears. You can follow every step on the order page or with your order number on Track an order.

Yes, at any time before it ships: contact us with the order number, and if you have paid, we refund you in full.

An order that isn’t paid within the payment window shown on its page is canceled automatically, and its items are released.

One code applies per order, and only if it is valid when you place the order, including any minimum order value. The discount is shown in your total before you order, and a code can’t be added to an order after it is placed.

One order can hold up to 50 vials in total, and up to 20 of any one size. For larger quantities, or to order for an institution, write to us and choose “Wholesale” as the topic.

Your order page shows each step, and the tracking details once the parcel ships. You can open it at any time from Track an order, with your order number and the email you ordered with.

We ship to the countries listed at checkout. The delivery options, their prices and any free-shipping threshold are shown there too, and the total you see is the total you pay.

Peptides travel as freeze-dried powder in sealed glass vials with crimped caps, each with its lot number on the label, packed to protect them from breakage. Temperature and packaging requirements must be established for the specific material before dispatch.

Contact us with your order number, and send photographs of the packaging and vials. Damaged, incorrect or unverifiable items are replaced or refunded under our returns policy.

Not once it has arrived as ordered: research materials can’t be safely resold after they have left our control. You can cancel at any time before an order ships, for a full refund.

Follow the storage and transport requirements documented for the specific lot. Do not assume that every peptide can be shipped at room temperature or has the same freezer shelf life.

Once a peptide is in solution it is far less stable; our storage guide covers handling in more detail.

Make only what you need, then divide it into single-use aliquots and freeze them. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.

Follow your own laboratory’s protocols and safety rules for any compound.

We keep only what each part of the store needs: an order’s details to fill it, a message to answer it and your email if you subscribe or ask for a stock alert. To stop abuse we also keep a keyed hash of your IP address, and with an order, your browser’s user-agent string. Every stored record is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it is written. Card numbers never touch this site, and there are no advertising trackers or third-party scripts on any page.

The privacy policy lists what we keep, why and for how long.

No. The storefront sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels or third-party scripts. Your cart, your age confirmation, any deal you choose and any announcement you close stay in your own browser’s storage, with notes of what the store last showed you, until you clear this site’s data. The privacy policy lists everything your browser keeps for the store.

You can see it: ask through the contact form, and we’ll tell you by email what we hold about you. We can also correct the contact details on an order, unsubscribe you, remove any stock alert you’ve asked for and delete a message you sent, from the store and from our own email and backups. We can’t delete any copy our email provider keeps. Orders themselves aren’t deleted: we keep them for accounting, tax and legal purposes.

We confirm it’s you, using the email address on the record, before acting.

Our forms don’t ask you to solve a puzzle. While you type, your browser does a small proof-of-work calculation in the background, usually well under a second. It costs one visitor almost nothing and makes sending spam in bulk expensive.
