Terms of sale
The agreement between you and Divine Solutions when you place an order.
Who may buy
We accept requests only from qualified laboratory researchers conducting in-vitro tests. We independently review the organization, recipient, research purpose and requested materials before payment or fulfillment. Our minimum buyer age is 21; this is a store policy. A self-declaration alone is insufficient.
Research use only
Products are offered solely for in-vitro laboratory research, not for human or animal administration, consumption, diagnosis or treatment. You agree not to use, sell or supply them for those purposes. A research-use label does not itself determine a product’s legal classification. Our full research-use policy forms part of these terms.
No advice
Information on this site describes what each compound is and how it is studied. It is not medical, dosing or usage advice, and we will not provide such advice.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting a research request is not acceptance and no payment is due. Verification must be documented before payment instructions are released. Requests that cannot be verified, or that indicate human or animal use, are declined. We accept an approved request when we confirm payment. If later evidence shows a prohibited use, we cancel before shipping and refund any payment. Sample requests in the preview cannot be paid or fulfilled.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. The server calculates the total before submission. Items are held for up to 72 hours during review. Unapproved requests expire and release stock. After approval, a separate payment deadline appears on the private order page; unpaid orders expire after that deadline. Do not send payment before approval.
Shipping, title and risk
We ship to the address you provide, as described in our shipping policy. Title passes to you when the order ships. Risk of loss stays with us until the parcel is delivered, so a parcel lost or damaged in transit is replaced or refunded as our shipping and returns policies describe. If we can’t ship within 30 days of receiving payment, we will tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund.
What we promise about the product
Each product matches the identity and purity recorded on the certificate of analysis for its lot. Apart from that promise, and to the extent the law allows, products are supplied for research as they are, without other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Discounts and deals
Deals and discount codes can change or end at any time without notice. One code applies per order. A code applies only if it is valid when you place your order, including any minimum order value; the discount is shown in your total before you order. Codes have no cash value and can’t be applied to an order after it is placed.
Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our returns policy.
Compliance
You are responsible for knowing and following the laws and institutional rules that apply to buying, importing, handling, storing and disposing of research chemicals where you are.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of any product or breach of these terms.
Security research
We welcome good-faith reports of security vulnerabilities through the contact form (topic: Security report). Please don’t access other people’s data, disrupt the service or keep data you come across while testing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Divine Solutions is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the courts of that state, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one in force when you placed it, and we record that version with the order.
Privacy policy
What we collect, why, how we protect it and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- When you order
- Your name, email, shipping address, optional phone number, items and optional note; laboratory or organization, role, verification reference and in-vitro research purpose. We also record review evidence and outcome. Do not submit health information.
- When you contact us
- Your name, email, topic, message and optional order number.
- When you subscribe or ask to be notified about stock
- Your email address and the form you used, and for a stock alert the product and size you asked about.
- For security
- A keyed one-way hash of your IP address alongside orders and messages, and your browser’s user-agent string with each order, used to stop abuse and fraud. To limit abuse, the store also counts recent requests from that hash, over periods from a minute to a day. We don’t store your raw IP address.
What we don’t collect
We don’t take card numbers on this site. We don’t use advertising or analytics trackers, social-media pixels or third-party scripts, and the storefront sets no cookies.
Some things are kept only in your own browser:
- In your browser’s storage, until you clear this site’s data
- Your cart, your age confirmation, any deal you choose, any announcement you close and notes of what the store last showed you, so pages don’t shift as they load. Among the notes are the number, status and pay-by time of up to 20 orders you’ve opened here.
- In this tab’s session storage, until you close the tab
- A copy of the catalog, your contact and delivery draft if you leave checkout part-way and an order you’ve just placed or looked up, until its page opens.
How we protect it
The site is served only over HTTPS. Every record we store is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it is written, and each record is cryptographically bound to its place in storage. Access to order data requires a password and a second factor, and every sign-in, change and export in the control center is written to a tamper-evident audit log. Instead of a CAPTCHA, our forms check for bulk spam with a small proof-of-work calculation in your browser, so no third-party service sees you fill them in.
Who sees it
We do, along with the service providers that run parts of the store for us. Our hosting provider stores the encrypted records. If email is enabled, our email provider handles the emails we send you and forwards contact-form messages to our inbox. Payment providers receive what they need to process the method you choose. We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order and research-review records are retained for at least two years after shipment and longer for accounting, tax or other legal obligations; they are not automatically deleted. Contact messages are archived once resolved and kept until you ask us to delete them. Subscriptions and stock alerts are kept until you ask us to remove them; a stock alert also records when its one email was sent. If email is enabled, our email provider keeps its own copies of the emails it delivers for us, for a period it sets.
Your choices
You can ask us, through the contact form, what personal information we hold about you, and we’ll tell you by email. We can correct the contact details on an order, unsubscribe you, remove any stock alert you’ve asked for and delete a message you sent, from the store and from our own email and backups. We can’t delete any copy our email provider keeps. Orders themselves aren’t deleted: we keep them for accounting, tax and legal purposes. We confirm it’s you, using the email address on the record, before acting.
Age
Our products and this site are for adults 21 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update its version and date on this page.
Shipping policy
When orders ship, how they’re packed and what happens if something goes wrong in transit.
When we ship
Orders are packed once payment clears. The delivery options, their prices and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout, and the total you see there is the total you pay. If we can’t ship within 30 days of receiving payment, we’ll tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Where we ship
We ship to the countries listed at checkout.
Packaging
Shipping conditions must be supported by the particular material’s documented requirements. We do not assume ambient shipping is suitable for every peptide. Before dispatch we confirm packaging and temperature requirements for the released lot. Follow its documented storage conditions; no general shelf life is promised.
Tracking
When your order ships, its tracking details appear on your order page.
Problems in transit
If a parcel arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive, contact us with your order number. For damage, please send photographs of the packaging and vials. We’ll work with the carrier and replace or refund as set out in our returns policy.
Returns & refunds
How we handle cancellations, refunds and damaged, incorrect or unverifiable items.
Before shipping
You can cancel an order at any time before it ships by contacting us with the order number. If you have paid, we refund you in full.
After shipping
Because research materials can’t be safely resold once they have left our control, we don’t accept returns of items that arrive as ordered.
Damaged, incorrect or unverifiable items
If an item arrives damaged, differs from what you ordered or its lot number doesn’t verify on our Verify page, contact us promptly with your order number, and send photographs of the packaging and vials. We’ll replace the item or refund it.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method. How long they take to appear depends on that method.
Research-use policy
What “research use only” means here, and what we ask of every buyer.
What we sell
Divine Solutions’s sales policy is limited to in-vitro laboratory research by verified qualified researchers. We do not supply products for human or animal use. Catalog inclusion does not establish permission to market a compound. A certificate of analysis is not regulatory approval, a sterility result or proof of safety for administration.
What we don’t do
We don’t provide dosing, administration, or usage information for people or animals. We don’t describe our products as treating or affecting any condition. Product pages describe a compound’s identity and the areas in which it is studied, and link to a PubMed search.
What we ask of you
Provide your laboratory, research role, an independent verification reference, and the in-vitro project and purpose of the materials. We check that the recipient regularly conducts this type of research and that the requested shipment fits the project. We may request further evidence. Payment and fulfillment remain blocked until a review is recorded; we decline unverifiable or prohibited requests.
Unused materials
Contact us when a project ends to arrange return of unused material or written authorization for appropriate disposal. Do not redirect materials to personal use or another recipient without review.
When we cancel
We cancel requests that indicate human or animal use, cannot be verified, or otherwise breach this policy. If payment has already been received, it is refunded. A research-use checkbox does not override evidence of personal use.
Confirmed at checkout
At checkout, the buyer checks a box for each of these statements before an order can be placed, and the order records it.
- I am 21 years of age or older.
- I am purchasing these products for laboratory research use only, not for human or veterinary use, and I am qualified to handle them.
- I accept the terms of sale and the research-use policy.
